The buyer will have the option to send the faulty part back to us at their own shipping cost.
Once we receive the part and confirm the defect was not due to buyer damage, we will dispatch a replacement part to you at no additional cost.
If the returned part is found to be damaged due to improper handling, installation, or usage, the replacement will be denied, and the buyer will be given the option to have the part returned at their expense.
